Job Description

Horeto, a key player in event catering, holds exclusive rights to food services at the exhibition centers of Porte de Versailles, Villepinte, and Le Bourget.

Horeto Paris is looking for an experienced accountant to join the current team at the Porte de Versailles exhibition center (75015 PARIS).

Responsibilities

1. General Accounting:

  • Monitor and validate payroll, tax, and financial entries,
  • Manage and monitor fixed assets.

2. Auxiliary Accounting:

  • Handle and record supplier and client invoices,
  • Process payments to suppliers and receive payments from clients,
  • Monitor supplier and client account balances,
  • Enter client invoices and track incoming payments.

3. Treasury Management:

  • Enter daily bank transactions,
  • Perform bank reconciliations.

4. Tax Compliance:

  • Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, CVAE, CFE, Corporate Tax, Company Vehicle Tax).

5. Management Control:

  • Contribute to reporting activities.

Required Profile

Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in a general accounting role.
Proficiency with accounting software and IT tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
