Wine Paris, held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from February 9 to 11, 2026, the leading global trade event for wines and spirits. As per Horeto’s well-established tradition, a series of restaurants will showcase food and wine pairings inspired by major wine regions and countries :

Corsica, Bordeaux, Alsace… and Italy, with this year’s special guest, Fabrizio Facchini, an internationally acclaimed Italian chef.

Spotlight on the Enoteca Italiana (Hall 5.2), where Fabrizio Facchini, chef and restaurateur with a remarkable career spanning from the Marche region in Italy (Antico Borgo) to San Diego and New York, has created numerous restaurants and concepts rooted in authentic Italian gastronomy and a deep passion for quality ingredients.
